We carefully handcraft every Melting Happy product before dispatch.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods, including product launches and Christmas, processing times may be longer.
Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services or Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
Risk in your goods passes to you once they have been delivered.

We want you to be delighted with your Melting Happy purchase.
Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a refund:
Products must be unused.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
The damaged product
The packaging
The shipping label
We will offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, burned, melted or otherwise altered unless they are faulty.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
