At Melting Happy, customer safety is our priority. Please read and follow the safety guidance below before using any of our products.
General Safety
Always keep home fragrance products out of reach of children and pets.
Do not ingest any product.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Some fragrances may cause an allergic reaction. If you have known sensitivities, please review the ingredients where available before use.
Allergens
Some of our fragrances contain allergens naturally present in fragrance oils. Full allergen information is available on request or where required on product packaging.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before purchasing.
CLP Labelling
Where required by law, Melting Happy products are supplied with Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) information. Please read all labels before use and follow any hazard or precautionary statements provided.
Product Quality
Our products are handmade in small batches using high-quality ingredients. Slight differences in colour, finish or appearance are a natural result of the handcrafted process and do not affect product quality or performance.

Wax melt...
- Use only in a suitable wax warmer designed for wax melts.
- Never add water to melted wax.
- Do not overfill your wax warmer.
- Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
- Keep away from curtains, soft furnishings and other flammable materials.
- Allow the wax to cool completely before removing or replacing it.
- Do not move the wax warmer while the wax is hot.
Candles...
- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles away from draughts, flammable materials, children and pets.
- Always leave at least 10 cm between burning candles.
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn.
Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time. - Stop using the candle when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
- Never move a candle while the wax is liquid or the container is hot.
Reed diffusers...
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not ingest the diffuser liquid.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly with soap and water if contact occurs.
- Place the diffuser on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources and open flames.
- Keep away from painted, polished or delicate surfaces, as diffuser oil may cause damage if spilled.
- Clean up any spills immediately.
- Wash your hands after handling the reeds or diffuser oil.
- Do not light the reeds.
- Dispose of the diffuser contents and packaging responsibly in accordance with local regulations.
